Questions people actually ask
What happens when I run out of Nerdium?
Generation stops until your next monthly allowance lands (on the paid plans), or until you buy a top-up; Free has no recurring allowance. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. A top-up is a one-time payment of any amount and works on any plan — including Free.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account. Cancelling leaves you on your current plan until the period you have paid for ends, then moves you to Free.
Why price in Nerdium instead of a number of videos?
Because a 20-second video and a three-minute video are not the same amount of work. Nerdium bills by the minute of finished video, so a short clip costs less instead of burning a whole “video credit”. Every plan card states exactly how many minutes of finished video its allowance buys.
What is the difference between Studio and Agency?
Volume and speed, not features. Both include every voice, every caption style and every tool. Agency roughly doubles the monthly allowance, runs six Workflows at once instead of four, gives you unlimited cloned voices and more storage, and sits ahead of every other plan in the render queue.
