Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service for AI Nerdy, operated by PLAY ROX DIGITAL MEDIA L.L.C. It applies to everything you upload, generate and do on the Service. If you break it, we may stop processing particular material, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account.

Rights to what you upload

  • Only upload content you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to use.
  • Do not upload content that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. See our Copyright and Likeness Complaints page.

Prohibited content & conduct

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way, or is non-consensual sexual content.
  • Uses a synthetic or cloned voice to impersonate, deceive or defraud anyone. You may clone your own voice or the voice of an adult who has given you express, informed permission.
  • Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence against people or groups.
  • Is defamatory.
  • Is content you know is false or deceptive and is intended to cause harm, including harmful medical, legal or election misinformation.
  • Violates the privacy of others or discloses personal information without consent.
  • Contains malware, or is used for spam, phishing, or other deceptive or fraudulent schemes.

Prohibited use of the platform

  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, models, or API keys.
  • Do not circumvent the invite gate, access controls, usage limits, or rate limits, or access data that isn’t yours.
  • Do not overload, disrupt, or attack the Service or its infrastructure, or resell or sublicense access.
  • Do not scrape, extract or copy non-public parts of the Service, including its software, prompts, models or API access, to reproduce the Service or build a competing product.

Disclosure of AI-generated media

You are responsible for labelling or disclosing AI-generated and synthetic media when required by applicable law or by the platform where you publish it.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, stop processing particular material, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account. We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people or the Service. We may preserve and report suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal content where required by law. Report abuse to support@ainerdy.com.
