Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service for ainerdy, operated by Buzz Central Productions LLC. It applies to everything you upload, generate, and do on the Service. If you break it, we may remove content and suspend or terminate your access.

Rights to what you upload

  • Only upload content you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to use.
  • Do not upload content that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

Prohibited content & conduct

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (we report such material to authorities), or is non-consensual sexual content.
  • Uses an AI or cloned voice, or a person’s likeness, to impersonate a real person or create deceptive “deepfake” media without that person’s consent, or to defraud, deceive, or mislead.
  • Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or incites violence against people or groups.
  • Is defamatory, or knowingly false in a way designed to cause harm (including harmful medical, legal, or election misinformation).
  • Violates the privacy of others or discloses personal information without consent.
  • Contains malware, or is used for spam, phishing, or other deceptive or fraudulent schemes.

Prohibited use of the platform

  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, models, or API keys.
  • Do not circumvent the invite gate, access controls, usage limits, or rate limits, or access data that isn’t yours.
  • Do not overload, disrupt, or attack the Service or its infrastructure, or resell or sublicense access.
  • Do not use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing model.

Disclosure of AI-generated media

You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated or synthetic media where the platform you publish to (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) or applicable law requires it.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate access — with or without notice. We may preserve and share information with law enforcement where we believe it’s necessary to comply with law or protect people. Report abuse to support@ainerdy.com.
