DMCA / Copyright Policy

Buzz Central Productions LLC (“Buzz Central”), operator of ainerdy, respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. Because users upload their own footage, you must have the rights to anything you upload (see our Acceptable Use Policy). We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and will remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
Reporting infringement (takedown notice)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at copyrights@buzzcentralmedia.co (subject line: “DMCA Notice”) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. a link, project reference, or description).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
We aim to acknowledge a notice within 48 hours of receiving it. A notice missing any of the six elements above may not be actionable, and we may ask you to resubmit it.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyrights@buzzcentralmedia.co including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the District of Wyoming).
If you file a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the person who filed the original notice notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.
Name, voice & likeness
To report misuse of your name, voice, or likeness — including an unauthorized voice clone, deepfake, or impersonation — email support@ainerdy.com with the same information listed above for a copyright notice, describing the misuse and your relationship to the person depicted. We treat non-consensual use of a person’s voice or likeness as a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and may remove the content and suspend the responsible account.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Designated copyright agent
Copyright notices and counter-notices reach our designated agent at the address below. This is the only inbox that is monitored for DMCA purposes — a notice sent anywhere else may not be actioned.
