Copyright and Likeness Complaints

PLAY ROX DIGITAL MEDIA L.L.C (“PLAY ROX”), operator of AI Nerdy, respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. Because users upload their own footage, you must have the rights to anything you upload (see our Acceptable Use Policy). We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable copyright laws. We may investigate suspected misuse of the Service and take action against the relevant account.

Reporting infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright contact at support@ainerdy.com (subject line: “Copyright Notice”) that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. a link, project reference, or description).
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

A notice missing any of the six elements above may not be actionable, and we may ask you to resubmit it.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@ainerdy.com including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and any statement of consent to jurisdiction required by the law under which your counter-notice is submitted.

If you file a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the person who filed the original notice notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

Name, voice & likeness

To report misuse of a person’s name, voice or likeness, email support@ainerdy.com. Include your contact details, identify the person affected, describe the suspected misuse, provide a link or other evidence if available, and explain your relationship to the person affected.

AI Nerdy does not publish customer videos publicly. If a video has been posted on another platform, contact that platform to request its removal. You may also report suspected misuse of AI Nerdy to us. We may investigate use of the Service and take action against the relevant account under our Acceptable Use Policy.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
