Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Buzz Central Productions LLC (Wyoming, USA; “we,” “us”) handles data in connection with the ainerdy (the “Service”). We’ve written it to match what the Service actually does. Questions: support@ainerdy.com.
1. What we collect

We do not use any advertising or analytics trackers (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar), and we do not build advertising profiles.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service — analyze your clip and generate the script, voiceover, and captions.
- To operate, secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
- To prevent abuse, enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, and comply with law.
We do not train our own AI models on your data. We do not use your uploaded content, generated voiceovers, or any voiceprint to train, fine-tune, or improve our own models. Your content is sent to the subprocessors in §3 only to generate the output you request, subject to each provider’s own terms.
3. Who we share it with (subprocessors)
We do not sell your data. To provide the Service, your content is processed by the following third parties, each under its own terms and privacy policy:

The Service is hosted on infrastructure operated by us (not a managed public cloud), located in the United States. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
4. Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies: a signed, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in, and a functional cookie used as a fallback owner key. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
5. How long we keep it
Finished videos are kept for fourteen (14) days and are then permanently deleted, unless you save them. Saving a video removes its deadline and keeps it for as long as your account is open and it stays saved; saved videos count towards your plan’s storage allowance. You can see each video’s remaining time, and save it, from the Storage or Projects page. This is set out in full in Section 9 of the Terms of Service.
Uploaded clips and working files are temporary. They are kept only while the job that needs them is running and are removed automatically shortly afterwards — source clips within hours of the render finishing. Independently of the above, older unsaved projects and their generated media are also pruned once your library exceeds a set number of items.
Files sent to a subprocessor (for example, an upload analyzed to write your script) are subject to that provider’s own retention. We keep backups for a limited period in the ordinary course of operating the Service, so a deleted item may persist in a backup for a short time before ageing out.
6. Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing support@ainerdy.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights, including to access, delete, or port your data and to object to certain processing — we will honor applicable requests. We are building a self-serve deletion option; until then, email is the way to request it. You can also sign out at any time.
California & other U.S. states. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you may request to access, delete, correct, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email support@ainerdy.com.
7. Security
Sessions are cryptographically signed and verified; access to your content is scoped to your account; and API keys and secrets are held server-side only and never sent to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
